Our family relocated out of the US at end of 2023. Before that, we were searching for a reliable real estate agent to help us through the sell process. However we did expect selling our house would be a complicated task for our real estate agent: The house market wasn't good for seller in Q4 2023, so we would like to delay our house selling to late Q1/2024.
